Whether at an organisational or personal level, my passion is people - listening to their ambitions, supporting them through change, and empowering them to be their best. I’ve built a reputation for uniting people with diverse viewpoints for crucial conversations that foster collaboration and strong leadership.

Drawing on 20+ years global experience in business, transformation, coaching and leadership across the public, private and third sector, I offer a unique approach. Teasing out the issues, unravelling the challenges and enabling my clients to find their own solutions, whilst simultaneously understanding where they need to be and guiding them to get there. 

Through my work, I've identified what makes successful people even more successful – Clarity, Courage, Connection, Curiosity and Control, and developed my Thrivein5 approach. When these are in place, sustainable success follows.
