Are you in a rut? That’s not where you’ll find your dream.


There’s so much stuff going on in our lives today that’s it all too common to get stuck in a rut. This is where we habitually repeat the same tasks. 

Falling into a routine that doesn’t add value to our lives is easy. We create these routines around everything else that’s going on and simply stay there. 

These routines are embedded in our comfort zones. And it’s because of this that we find it difficult to get out of them.  Believe me when I tell you that by staying in the confines of your comfort zone, you’ll not reach your full potential

But well done for already recognising that you are indeed stuck in a rut. That’s one step closer to making a change for the better! 

What happens in these ruts? 

Ruts aren’t exciting places to be in. Events and tasks seem to merge into one and become more and more repetitive. There’s little motivation or creativity if any.  

It’s also a place where exits seem hard to find. It’s a place that may make us think that change is going to be uncomfortable and hard work. 

5 ways to get yourself out of that rut
